Romeo Phalafala and Tendai Madzikanda, who are also the directors of the company. Their details are provided below:
Tendai Madzikanda graduated with a BSc (Honours) Civil Engineering degree in 1990. He passed the Institute of
Structural Engineers (ISE) Examination in 1994 before being admitted as a corporate member for the Institute in May 1995. He was admitted as a Chartered
Engineer in the Institute of Engineers, Europe in 1995 and is a corporate member of the Institute of
Structural Engineers (UK). Tendai is a registered Professional Engineer with the
Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA). Tendai has vast experience in the implementation of low and high rise buildings, bridges and other
structural engineering work.
Mohlatlego Romeo Phalafala graduated with an MSc Civil Engineering degree in 2002 after successfully completing a BSc
Civil Engineering degree in 2001 at the University of the Witwatersrand. He is a member of the South African Institution of
Civil Engineers and is registered with the Engineering Council of South Africa. Romeo specialises in the design of
civil engineering services such as water and sewer reticulation, roads and stormwater, earthworks, etc.
